How do I invite my partner?
After creating your account, you'll receive a unique invite code. Share this code with your partner and they can enter it during sign-up to link your accounts. You can find your invite code on the Couple Setup screen.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to create a new password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
Can I sync events with my phone's calendar?
Yes! Beso can sync with your device calendar. Go to the Calendar tab, tap the settings icon, and enable calendar sync. Events you create in Beso will appear in your phone's calendar, and vice versa.
Are my photos and data private?
Absolutely. Your photos, events, and data are only visible to you and your linked partner. We use encrypted connections, row-level security, and secure token storage to keep your data safe. We never sell your data or show ads. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app by going to your Profile and tapping "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your data within 30 days. You can also request deletion by emailing us. For more details, visit our account deletion page.
The app isn't sending notifications. What should I do?
Make sure notifications are enabled for Beso in your device settings (Settings > Notifications > Beso on iOS, or Settings > Apps > Beso > Notifications on Android). If they're already enabled, try signing out and back in. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected].
What devices does Beso support?
Beso is available on iOS (iPhone) and Android. We recommend keeping your device updated to the latest operating system for the best experience.
